John Lee Chung Yat

John Lee graduated from Fu Ren University in Taiwan with a physical education degree. He has countless experiences in the methods of teaching swimmers in Taipei YMCA. He received his swimming teachers certificate from Singapore Swimming Teachers Association (SSTA), SLSS Bronze Medallion Certificate from the Singapore Lifesaving Society (SLSS) and became an Associate member of SSTA in 2000. In 2002 and the following years, he received his SLSS Lifesaving Instructor Certificate and his Adult First Aid by St John Ambulance and CPR certification by SLSS.
He specializes in teaching younger children with water phobia and fine tuning of adult athlete’s swim strokes. He is known among his students and athletes for being very patient and confident in the skills and methods he emphasizes on. Currently, he is a certified Senior Coach of Total Immersion (TI).
Apart from coaching swimmers, John Lee is widely known in the archery circle for coaching excellent archers as a profession for many years; both in Taiwan and Singapore. His credentials for archery are as follows:
