TI Workshops
TI FFWS Part A
This would be the first foundational workshop for all proceeding workshops in future. Every TI-swimmer would be required to attend this workshop before advance skills are taught.
Criteria for Entry
- Ability to swim 25 m in freestyle without assistance
- Have the desire to swim better
Workshop Outline
The objective of this workshop would be:
- Drill base where the freestyle is dismantled into distinct and manageable parts to perfect
- Balance well in water and to link your arm strokes to your core body rotation
- Coordination of timing and the anchoring strokes

Important: In order for maximum learning satisfaction, the coaches strongly encourage the participants to watch and try out Drill #1 - #5 in the TI pre-workshop DVD in advance. This would prime the mind and body to be more receptive to the new concepts and skills taught.
